6 Course South African Dinner & Wine Tasting/Pairing Night
$45 per person or $30 with no wine tasting (can share food and/or wine) - WIne tasing only $15 with no food
This month we will explore 6 South African Wine - We will pair (3) three white wines with 3 different South African style appetizers. We will then explore (3) different red's and pair them with 3 different South African mains. Of course we will end the evening with a shared dessert called "The Gods mustbe crazy !"
6 total wines (2oz pours) paired with 6 South African dishes.
Arrive and start with Biltong / Droewors samples and a Glass of Mbali
1. Mbali Chenin Blanc Belnd - Grilled Naan Peri Peri Oil / Olive Oil Balsamic / Lamb Curry
